Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data BARABAS AVLST s.r.o. processes when you visit veldrim.online. The short version: the website itself collects nothing about you beyond the server log entries that any web server necessarily writes, and the only personal data we hold is whatever you choose to send us in an email.

1. Who is responsible

The controller of any personal data processed in connection with this website, within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR"), is:

3. Server log files

What is processed. Like every web server, the server hosting this site records a line for each request. Those lines contain your IP address, the date and time, the resource requested, the HTTP status code, the number of bytes sent, the referring page if your browser sends one, and your browser's user-agent string.

Why. To deliver the pages you request, to keep the server secure and available, and to diagnose faults and abuse such as attack traffic. This is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in operating a secure and functioning website. We have weighed that interest against your rights and consider it proportionate, because the data is not combined with anything else, is not used to build any profile, is never used for advertising or analytics, and is never sold or shared for any commercial purpose.

How long. Log files are retained for a short operational period and then deleted or rotated out. They are retained longer only where a specific security incident is under investigation.

Who sees it. Only personnel responsible for operating the server. Logs are not exported to any analytics platform.

4. Email correspondence

If you write to info@veldrim.online or to our postal address, we process what you send us — your email address or postal address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message — in order to answer you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message concerns a request that precedes or forms part of a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence addressed to us.

We keep correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with the matter and to meet any retention obligation that applies to business records under Czech law, and then delete it. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list.

5. Clicking a partner link

This is the one place where data can travel to a third party, and it happens only if you act.

When you click a partner link on this site, your browser goes to an intermediate page on this domain (https://veldrim.online/c/1/) and is then sent onward to the advertiser's own network. From that moment you are on the advertiser's site and their privacy policy and cookie practices apply, not ours. Advertisers typically set their own cookies in order to attribute the sale.

Our page passes on a small allow-list of click-identifier parameters (such as msclkid, gclid and utm_ parameters) if they are present in the address of the page you arrived on, so that the advertiser can attribute the referral. We do not read, store or learn anything from this. We do not receive your identity from the advertiser; we receive only aggregate commission reporting, which does not identify individual readers to us.

Because this transfer happens only as a result of your deliberate click on a clearly labelled link, no consent banner is required for it. If you do not want it to happen, do not follow the link.

6. Referrer policy

Every page on this site sends strict-origin-when-cross-origin as its referrer policy. Sites you navigate to from here are told that you came from https://veldrim.online, but not which page you were reading.

7. Recipients and international transfers

Personal data is not sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing. It is not transferred to any processor for analytics or advertising purposes. Data may be handled by our hosting and email providers acting as processors under Article 28 GDPR, strictly for the purpose of operating the site and our mailbox. We do not knowingly transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area; where a provider's infrastructure makes such a transfer unavoidable, it takes place under the safeguards provided for in Chapter V GDPR.

There is none. We do not carry out profiling and we make no automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

9. Children

This site is aimed at an adult general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children and, since we collect essentially none from anyone, the question rarely arises. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and the right to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@veldrim.online. We will reply within one month, as Article 12(3) GDPR requires. Please bear in mind that for a visitor who has never written to us, we hold no personal data that we could link to you, so an access request may be answered with a statement to that effect.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent authority for BARABAS AVLST s.r.o. is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.cz). You may also complain to the supervisory authority of the Member State in which you live or work.

11. Security

This site is served exclusively over HTTPS. It carries no login, no payment processing and no database of readers, which removes most of the categories of risk that ordinarily apply to a website.

12. Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version appears here with a new date below. If a change ever meant that we began collecting data — which we do not intend — it would be announced clearly on the site before it took effect.
