Write to us by email or by post. Corrections, complaints, legal notices and press enquiries all reach the same place and are handled by the director of publication.
A contact form would collect and transmit your personal data, and would ordinarily involve spam protection supplied by a third party — which would mean a third-party request and, in most implementations, a cookie. We promise on the cookie policy page that this site stores nothing and loads nothing from anyone else. A form would break that promise, so we do not have one. An email address gives you the same access and leaves the data in your hands.
This is the address for every kind of enquiry: corrections and factual disputes, GDPR requests under Articles 15 to 21, complaints, copyright or trademark notices, advertising enquiries and press questions. We aim to acknowledge within five working days, and we answer data protection requests within the one-month period set by Article 12(3) GDPR.
